Quiznos closing Fort Wayne store

FORT WAYNE, IND. (WANE) - There will soon be one fewer sub shop in Fort Wayne. Quiznos will close its restaurant at 2304 Sherman Boulevard by the end of March.
That franchise operates inside the Circle K gas station, both of which opened in March of 2005. Officials at Circle K say they entered into a five-year agreement with Quiznos, which ends on Friday, March 26.
Quiznos didn’t generate enough profit for Circle K , officials said, so they decided to not extend that partnership. The space taken up by the restaurant will be used to extend the existing convenience store.
Quiznos will be left with just one location in Fort Wayne, which is on Coldwater Road. A location inside the Jefferson Pointe Food Court closed a few years ago.
