FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - Matt Ellis is a Colts' fan from Auburn, Indiana. He only makes it to one game a year, but he may be the team's biggest fan of all.

Ellis is covered in 33 player and coach autographed tattoos from the Super Bowl XLI Champion, Indianapolis Colts. Ellis lets them write on his body, and he goes straight to the tattoo parlor to make it permanent.

It cost Ellis over $1,500 to completely cover his legs, his arms, and parts of his chest. He has tattoos from Tony Dungy, Jim Caldwell, Peyton Manning, Reggie Wayne, and Joseph Addai.

"Tony was cool, he was all into it and he thought it was great, Coach Caldwell, he thinks I am crazy but he did it," said Matt Ellis, Colts superfan.

Ellis started getting the tattoos after the Colts won the Super Bowl in 2006-2007. He travels around Indiana and spends a week every year at training camp to get all of the autographs.

Ellis won the Upper Deck Trading Cards NFL Ultimate Fan contest. The card company will pay for Ellis, his wife, and his son to go to Super Bowl XLIV. Ellis will also be featured on ESPN's Super Bowl pre-game coverage on Sunday.

"For me it's about the journey, and it's about the moments that I share with each of the players while doing this," said Ellis.

Ellis is still missing about 20 players from the Super Bowl XLI team. Bob Sanders and Marvin Harrison are the notable ones.

He admits he's ready to add more tattoos if the Colts win Super Bowl XLIV on Sunday.
