FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) After an ethics complaint was filed Wednesday against Allen County Sheriff Ken Fries and County Councilman Paul Moss, NewsChannel 15's Megan Reust tracked down Fries.

The video above is the entire encounter with Sheriff Fries after the Allen County Council Meeting.

The subsequent video and the video embedded below is the entire voicemail Fries left NewsChannel 15 on June 5, shortly after the original incident occurred.

NewsChannel 15 originally went to the Allen County Council meeting this morning to talk with Moss.  He was not there.  Larry Brown, President of Allen County Council, said he got a message from Moss saying he would not be able to make it to the meeting because he had another meeting at 9 a.m.

Sheriff Fries however did come to the meeting to talk about business.
