GRAND CHUTE, Wis. (WLUK) - Watch extended video of a scuffle between Mitt Romney supporters and protesters.
Romney supporters were holding a "Women for Mitt" campaign event in Grand Chute, Wis., Friday.
As State Sen. Roberta Darling (R-River Hills) spoke, a protester interrupted her and began asking about the Romney supporters' stance toward Planned Parenthood. As the video shows, a supporter then confronted the protester and the protester spat in the face of the supporter. The supporter then swung at the protester, leaving scratches in the protester's neck, before the two were separated and the protester was escorted out.
Once outside, the protester asked for medical attention. She was helped onto a stretcher and taken away in an ambulance.
