Souder sounds off on various issues

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - Congressman Mark Souder will face opposition in next year's primary from Phil Troyer. NewsChannel 15 caught up with Souder on Tuesday and he talked about the campaign and a number of other topics, including the tragedy at Fort Hood.
Congressman Souder has been northeast Indiana's representative in Washington since 1994.
He won re-election in 2008 by defeating Democrat Mike Montagano.
