Souder sounds off on various issues

Congressman Mark Souder will face opposition in next year's primary from Phil Troyer. NewsChannel 15 caught up with Souder on Tuesday and he talked about the campaign and a number of other topics, including the tragedy at Fort Hood.
Congressman Souder has been northeast Indiana's representative in Washington since 1994.
He won re-election in 2008 by defeating Democrat Mike Montagano.
