DETROIT (AP) - Police say three men have been arrested near a burned-out house
on Detroit's northeast side where a man's body was found.
Eastpointe Police Chief Mike Lauretti said the body was
discovered Thursday morning by members of a task force
investigating the disappearance of 21-year-old Matt Landry. The man
from Macomb County's Chesterfield Township has been missing since
Sunday.
Lauretti says the body in the house had a single gunshot
wound.
Detroit police Sgt. Eren Stephens Bell described the body as
that of a white man. His identity has not been released.
Lauretti says investigators have been searching vacant houses
in the Detroit neighborhood. Landry's vehicle was found about two
blocks away.
