HOWE, Ind. (WANE) - A Howe man is in serious condition after crashing his ATV in LaGrange County around 10:20 p.m. Saturday.
Indiana Conservation Officers say Kelly Ray Williamson, Jr., 38, was driving on ATV on private property near 5945 North 250 East when he hit a a grove of small trees and was ejected.
Williamson was flown by Samaritan to Parkview Hospital with a severe cut to his head.
As of Sunday morning he was listed in critical condition, and has since been upgraded to serious condition.
Williamson was not wearing a helmet.
