Third Willows of Coventry victim dies

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - The third victim from the Willows of Coventry apartment fire has died. 19-year-old Lara Punches, passed away in Defiance, Ohio this morning. Punches was pronounced dead at a inpatient Hospice care facility Thursday morning.

Fire broke out at the Willows of Coventry apartment complex on the early morning of January 23rd.  53 people were inside the building that caught fire. Punches and her two roommates were taken to the hospital in critical condition.  All three have now passed away. 

So far the fire department has not determined what caused the fire.
