FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - A man crashed into a building on Calhoun Street after being shot
while he sat in his car Sunday morning.
Fort Wayne Police said around 5:00 a.m.
Sunday, 25-year-old Hilton Morris III was shot while sitting
in his car near the Robinwood and Oxford Street intersection.
Morris then drove from the area and ended up crashing his car into
a building in the 3900 block of Calhoun Street.
He was taken to a local hospital in critical condition and as
of Monday morning he was reported in fair condition.
Police said Morris was shot as a result of a prior
disturbance with another man at a local bar earlier Saturday
evening.
There has not been any arrests made in this
investigation.
