Local publication helps to solve murder

FORT WAYNE, Ind. - A local publication is doing its part to help solve the murder of April Tinsley.

MugShots Inc. is a bi-weekly publication with mugshots of people either wanted by local law enforcement agencies or people with a criminal past.

The back page of the each paper features missing and exploited children.

When MugShots Inc. heard about the new attention the April Tinsley case was getting, it wanted to do something to help.
