Steuben Co. crash claims one life

STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) - Police in Steuben Co. are investigating a fatal crash.

It happened Thursday, just before 11:30 p.m., near County Roads 600 W. and 30 N. in Angola.

The driver of a 2006 Dodge pickup drove off 600 W., overcorrected and hit a tree head-on.  The truck was on fire when emergency crews got there.

The driver died at the scene; police haven't released that person's name.
