VOU performs in competition

SHAOXING, China (WANE) - Voices of Unity took the stage and performed at the Theatre of Shaoxing Opera Arts Center in China Saturday.

The Fort Wayne-based choir competed in the Gospel and Spiritual competition at the World Choir Games in Shaoxing, China.

They sang "He's Alive," "Anthem of Praise," "I'm Trying to Get Read" and "I'm Going to View that Holy City" before a full house.

Sunday Voices of Unity will compete in the Popular Choral Music competition.

Then Monday will be an awards ceremony.
