ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) - The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) announced the resurfacing of US 24 between Manor Woods Parkway and I-69.
The asphalt resurfacing began on Monday, October 1. Drivers can expect nightly lane closures, with arrow boards, flaggers, cones and barrels directing traffic as needed while the road is worked on. Drivers should be aware of the construction traffic and shoulder work.
Construction is scheduled to be completed by early November 2012.
INDOT reminds drivers to use caution and consider worker safety when driving through a construction zone. For the latest news and information about INDOT, visit www.in.gov/indot .
