ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) – The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) announced Friday that Fort Wayne company, Brooks Construction has been awarded to build the new interchange on I-69 at Union Chapel Road.
According to INDOT, the bid was awarded for $13.9 million and includes construction of the new interchange that will feature a roundabout at each end of the new bridge over I069, as well as signs and lights.
A pre-construction meeting has been tentatively scheduled for mid-February to discuss the construction schedule.
