FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - A train at Winter and Hayden Streets derailed in Fort Wayne around 7 a.m. Saturday. Northfolk and Southern officials said the train was heading eastbound from Chicago.

37 trailers derailed as a result of it. The train was headed to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Officials said the train was entering a rail yard at the time. The speed there is marked at 10 miles per hour. Norfolk and Southern is not sure how fast the train was going. There were no reported injuries. The cause is still under investigation.  Crews had it all cleaned up by 2:30 p.m.

NewsChannel 15 talked with neighbors who were outside taking pictures of the derailed train. They said this is the second time a train has derailed at this same intersection in six or seven years.

This story will be updated as we learn more information from Norfolk and Southern.
