FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) Indiana Michigan Power has restored power to nearly six thousand customers on the northeast and southeast sides of Fort Wayne.
According to David Mayne from Indiana Michigan Power, nearly six thousand customers lost power just before noon on Tuesday. He said the outage was due to an equipment failure in one of the company's substations.
Mayne said crews completed the repairs and restored power by about 12:45 pm.
