ROANOKE, Ind. (WANE) - No matter if one’s taste prefers the sweet or savory, a Roanoke company has developed a mission most will favor.

Providing great taste for a greater good, that is the motto for Best Boy and Company.

The business was established in 2007 by Wayne Shive who has created a number of dessert and barbeque sauces with his wife in the couple's kitchen.

The company supports a number of national and regional charities by donating 100 percent of its profits.

"The enterprise allows me to exercise my creativity in the kitchen and also my philanthropic side," Shive said.

Organizations in northeast Indiana benefiting from purchases include Cooking Men, Erin's House and Vera Bradley Foundation.

Best Boy and Company sells its products online and in retailers nationally including in Illinois, Ohio, Minnesota, North Carolina and West Virginia.
