FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - State Senator Jim Banks came on First News Sunday to talk about several bills he's authored aimed at keeping college costs down.

He said he's taking an aggressive approach because he believes there's a crisis with higher education.

One thing he said he will do is to look at the amount of money spent on administrative salaries at public universities.

Watch the video in this story to see his full interview and other ideas.
