Property taxes due Tuesday

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) Property taxes are due on Tuesday, Nov. 13. Payments must be in the Allen County Treasurer's office or postmarked Nov. 13 to avoid penalty.

Payment Methods

Mail: 
Allen County Treasurer
PO Box 2540
Fort Wayne, IN  46801-2540
Payment is considered "on time" when postmarked by the US Post Office on or before the due date.

Online:
Pay with credit card via the Treasurer's web site.

Pay a single electronic payment or the Spring/Fall Payment option.  If you have misplaced your bill, a new bill can be printed from this site. 

Local Banks: 
Property taxes can be paid at the Allen County banks listed on the back of the tax bill. Tax statements must be in hand when paying at a bank.

Entire tax statement must be in hand when paying in person.  Office hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays. The deposit slot in the front of the Treasurer's office: 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
