AUBURN, Ind. (WANE) - The annual collector car auction in Auburn will start on Thursday.

There's a free public preview of what will be for sale on Wednesday. More than 1,200 cars are scheduled to be auctioned off Labor Day Weekend.  But, that's not all organizers have planned.

"With over a thousand cars, there's really something from everyone. If you're a new collector who's just going to get started in the hobby there's cars that are entry level collector cars from $5,000 up to $500,000. And, with the attractions that we have as well, it's really fun for the whole family," Keith Koscak, the auction manager, said.

There will be monster truck rides, and helicopter rides throughout the event. Barry Weis from A & E's Storage Wars will make an appearance to help with the charity auction on Saturday and Sunday.
