Power restored in Adams County

DECATUR, Ind. (WANE) - Several customers in Adams County lost power Monday afternoon.

Indiana Michigan Power reported about 1,500 customers without power around 3 p.m., mostly around the Decatur area.

The Adams County Sheriff's Department said I&M crews worked at a substation near Preble

I&M officials said an equipment failure caused the outage. Power was restored around 4 p.m.
