Parkview offers free flu vaccines for qualifying children

WARSAW, Ind. (WANE) - Parkview Health Community Nursing is offering almost 1,000 free doses of the flu mist vaccine to children who qualify.

The vaccine will be offered to eligible children who are on Hoosier Healthwise, have no health insurance, or have insurance that doesn't pay for vaccines. Eligible kids must also be healthy with no chronic conditions such as asthma, diabetes, seizures or heart conditions.

The free vaccines will be available on Monday, January 14, from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the K21 Health Services Pavilion, Conference Rooms A and B at 1515 Provident Drive in Warsaw.
