The Occupy movement is starting to dwindle city by city all because of either violent protests or what some cities are calling a messy movement.
Occupiers with Occupy Fort Wayne said most of the occupy movements are being shut down because they're not fully representing what this movement is about. They said this is to be a peaceful protest.
David Graves, a protester, has been with the Occupy Fort Wayne since it started and said they will continue to have a successful protest as long as they continue to follow the rules given by the city.
"We've done our best to keep this place, you know, real clean and orderly," Graves said, "And to work within the guidelines that were given to us by the city. We take pride in our working relationship with city."
NewsChannel 15 tried to contact the city to see if the Occupy Fort Wayne has been following the city's guidelines and to find out how much longer can they occupy Freimann Square, but our calls have not been returned.
Graves said the only way he's leaving is either his demands are met by Congress or he's physically removed.
