FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) Fort Wayne Deputy Mayor Mark Becker signed the city's new drug house ordinance into law Tuesday afternoon.

The ordinance now includes an amendment that allows police to cite a business owner or landlord who knows that drugs are being sold at his or her store.

The owner could face a fine or even arrest.
