FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE)  Mike's Carwash raised $92,300 for Big Brothers Big Sisters during the Mike’s Mentors Kids fundraiser on Saturday.

Half the proceeds of every Works wash, a $15 value, was donated to Big Brothers Big Sisters. The event took place at all Mike’s Carwash locations, supporting eight different Big Brothers Big Sisters agencies in both states.

In Fort Wayne, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Indiana will receive $14,400.

Mike’s donations will help offset the cost of programming for one-to-one youth mentoring in the communities where the fundraiser was held.

“We couldn’t be more proud to partner with such an outstanding organization, and happy to support their mission to bring positive change to children facing adversity.  We’re very grateful to our customers who helped make it happen,” said Mike’s CEO Bill Dahm.
