Local business president talks about 66 year history of restaurant

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - The president of Don Hall's Restaurants, Don "Bud" Hall, gave a lecture of on the history of his business Sunday. The lecture was a part of the George R. Mather Lecture Series at the History Center in Fort Wayne.

The company's been in business for 66 years with 12 locations in Fort Wayne. One hundred thirty-seven people went to the History Center Sunday to learn  about how it all got started.

The president of Hall's restaurants was happy with the turnout.

"I think it is real neat," Hall said. "I'm happy people are interested in Hall's history. It's great."

Sunday's event was the second largest turnout for a lecture at the history center.
