CHURUBUSCO, Ind. (WANE) - Around 5 p.m. Saturday, fire crews were dispatched to a house fire at 7320 McComb Road in Churubusco. The fire was ruled under control around 7:30 p.m.

A firefighter on the scene said the wind and lack of man power made it difficult for fire crews to put the fire out. No one was hurt in the fire. The people who live in the house were outside when crews arrived.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.

Five fire departments responded: Laotto, Churubusco, Huntertown, St. Joe Township and Northeast Allen County Fire.
