FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - Hoosiers Helping Heroes teamed up with the Fort Wayne Komets to collect items to send to soldiers.

Every 30 days, Hoosiers Helping Heroes sends care packages to Indiana soldiers who are serving overseas.

The organization was at the Komets game on Saturday night to gather donations.

"We have to let them know that, yes, America supports them 100 percent," Montana Speicherwimer of Hoosiers Helping Heroes said.

Speicherwimer said they fill the care packages up with everything imaginable.

If you know a man or woman from Indiana who is serving overseas, you can sign them up for a care package here.
