FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - High temperatures and blistering sunshine has caused a few area roads to buckle.

NewsChannel 15 found three places were the road appeared to buckle because of the heat. Jefferson and Engle Roads, Convington Road east of Ardmore Road, and the bridge at Auburn and Griffin Roads just north of the city.

NewsChannel 15 traffic reporter Tina Harris said the bridge at Auburn and Griffin Roads was closed earlier Tuesday evening because of the buckling.

The City of Fort Wayne Street Department hasn't released any information on the affected areas.
