Harrison design plans delivered early

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - Barry Real Estate delivered the project designs for The Harrison Thursday.
The city development team actually got them three days early. The deadline was this coming Sunday.
The Harrison is a joint retail-residential project that's been plagued by series of delays.
It's supposed to be done by March of 2013, and it is the final piece that will complete the Harrison Square downtown revitalization area.
