FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) -- A group dedicated to honoring Aliahna Lemmon’s life has designed a fundraiser on the young murder victim’s behalf.

The Facebook group titled “Justice for Aliahna” created rubber bracelets with those same words printed on one side, “RIP Babygirl” on the other.

Members of the group planned to sell the bands at a balloon launch scheduled for March 31 st at 2:00 p.m. in front of the Allen County courthouse.

The bracelets will be sold for four dollars apiece according to a group member.  All of the funds will be donated to Stop Child Abuse and Neglect along with the Dr. Bill Lewis Center for Children.

Nine-year-old Aliahna was allegedly killed by her babysitter on December 23, 2011.
