Golf outing supports MDA

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - People were teeing off for a good cause Sunday morning.
There 46 groups of four golfers in the third annual YOLO Event Center Golf Outing at Cherry Hill Golf Club.
The money raised at the event will go to the Northeast Indiana chapter of the Muscular Dystrophy Association. The MDA is a nonprofit health agency dedicated to curing muscular dystrophy, ALS and related diseases by funding worldwide research.
In previous years, the outing has raised almost $10,000 for the MDA and they hope to do the same this year.
