Frontier hosting job fair to fill 50 full time jobs

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) Frontier Communications will host a job fair on Tuesday, May 29 from 6 p.m . - 8 p.m to fill 50 full time sales consultant positions.

The job fair will be held from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m at 8001 West Jefferson Blvd. in Fort Wayne.

Frontier Communication said expectations of successful candidates include:

  • Ability to effectively communicate and care for our Customers': Needs, Concerns, Problems and or Issues
  • Customer First Focus
  • Ability to Exceed Individual Performance Goals
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Attention to Detail
  • Career Focus
  • Professional Appearance
  • Team Player Mindset

After the job fair, new team members will earn $10.50 an hour while they attend an intensive 90-day training program.

Upon successful completion of the training, Frontier said employees will earn $11.50 to $14.00 an hour depending on performance compensation bonuses. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision and 401K.
