FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - HOPE for Animals is offering free pet vaccines to pet owners suffering from financial hardship on Saturday, October 20.
The event will be held at the Fort Wayne Urban League on 2135 Hanna Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46803, from 12: 00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
HOPE will be providing onsite vaccinations for Canine Rabies, Parvo, and Distemper. They will also be offering participants vouchers for free follow-up booster shots and feline vaccinations.
The Fort Wayne Pet Food Pantry will also be doing a pet food distribution.
HOPE will be offering spay/neuter vouchers for $5.00 to pit bull owners with financial constraints, thanks to The Ryan Newman Foundation's Pit StoPP program (Sterilization to Protect Pitbulls).
