FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - The 5th Annual Fort 4 Fitness Fall Festival , which promotes healthy living in Northeast Indiana, had 9,809 participants, a record-breaking number for the race.
Runners had the chance to participate in a half marathon race (13.1 miles), a 10K race (6.2 miles), or a 4 mile race.
The course started at the Baker Street station and went south through Foster Park and historic Fort Wayne neighborhoods.
Mark Wolf, the Marketing Director for Fort 4 Fitness, said there were around 1,200 volunteers at this year's event.

Men's 4 mile race
Women's 4 mile race
Wheelchair races
