FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) A Fort Wayne woman was a contestant on the Price is Right on Wednesday.
Caitlin Kunkle, a student at Purdue University, won the first item up for bid - a digital camera.
She then played the game "One Right Price," in which contestants have to match the two given prices to the prizes. Kunkle did not win that game, the available prizes were a 3D T-V and a desktop computer.
When Kunkle spun the wheel, she got 70 cents, but another contestant ended up beating her with 85 cents.
Kunkle actually appeared on the show back in October, but it didn't air until yesterday. She said she enjoyed meeting Drew Carey, the show's host.
"Drew Carey stays out like during commercial breaks and stuff like that and you know, being the comedian he is he's so funny. He interacts with the audience. He's really great. He's a really nice man," Kunkle said.
Kunkle's parents also appeared on a game show. Debra and William Kunkle appeared on Let's Make a Deal during their trip to California, but unfortunately, they came up short on the winnings too.
