Fort Wayne New Year's Day closings

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - Government and Fort Wayne city offices are closed Tuesday, January 1 in observance of New Year's Day.
Residential garbage and recycling collections will not be picked up Tuesday. The collection schedule will resume Wednesday with pickup pushed back by one day for the rest of the week.
Fort Wayne downtown parking meters will be free on Tuesday.
