FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - The Fort Wayne Police Department is investigating Allen County's 20th homicide of the year.

Police discovered a body at an apartment on River Run Trail Sunday afternoon.  On Tuesday, officials identified the deceased as Keith Gavura, 31.

According to preliminary autopsy findings, Gavura died from a blunt force injury to the head.

Investigators believe Gavura was at a party on Home Avenue Sunday night, where he got into a fight with a juvenile and another adult.

During the fight, Gavura apparently fell and hit his head. Police said Gavura then went back to his home on River Run Trail, where he eventually died of blunt force trauma to the head.

Police are interviewing witnesses, but haven't arrested any suspects so far.
