FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) NewsChannel 15 spoke with IPFW's Dr. Jame Tool, Ph.D. to talk about Monday night's third and last presidential debate between President Barack Obama and Mitt Romney.

Dr. James Toole is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science at Indiana University-Purdue University in Fort Wayne . According to Toole's web site, much of his research focuses on the development of political institutions and the building of new democracies.
