FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - A mobile home was damaged during a fire Monday afternoon.
Firefighters were called to the 4900 block of Lester Drive a little before 1 p.m.
Smoke could be seen from a mile away.
Fire crews were able to get the flames under control in about 13 minutes. The fire didn't spread to any other mobile homes in the area.
The fire caused heavy damage to the back of the home.
Firefighters on the scene said no one was inside at the time.
The Fort Wayne Fire Department is investigating the cause of the fire.
