FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - The Embassy Theatre is kicking off September with a series of vignette-themed windows along Harrison Street. Local interior designer Katie Hartzog of Hartzog Interiors created the windows to feature downtown destinations with photographs by Lindsey Goggin.
The window scenes take onlookers inside each attraction with floor-to-ceiling photographs and props. Iconic downtown locations include: Club Soda, The Botanical Conservatory, Science Central, Allen County Public Library, J.K. O'Donnell's, Fort Wayne Outfitters and Parkview Field, home of the Fort Wayne TinCaps.
Designer Katie Hartzog volunteered her time and talent and brought a dynamic group of businesses together to donate to this downtown art and design project. Special thanks to photographer Lindsey Goggin, Sand Point Living Interiors, Digital Reprographics, Frame Art Gallery, JM Woodworking and Robert's Renovations for helping the Embassy Theatre's Harrison Street windows promote downtown attractions.
The windows along Harrison and Jefferson will be open for viewing Sept. 1-Oct. 31, 2010.
