ChiliFest raises money for homeless animals

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - Piere's Annual ChiliFest will be held Sunday at Piere's Entertainment Center from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. The event benefits the Allen County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.

The grand prize for the best overall chili is $500. Categories include: bean chili, no bean chili, and exotic chili.

NewsChannel 15's Alyssa Ivanson will be one of the judges in the contest again this year.

All you can eat admission is $7 per person.
