FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - The Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana and The Fort Wayne Derby Girls are partnering to host the 5th Annual Bust a Move Auction and Fundraiser.

Bust a Move benefits women with breast cancer. It will be held at the Fort Wayne Museum of Art on Friday, October 5, 2012 at 6:00 p.m.

Local breast cancer survivors and members of the Fort Wayne Derby Girls volunteer to have their bodies developed into casts. Artists then modify these casts into art pieces that will be auctioned at the event.

Tickets are $15 presale and $20 at the door.

To celebrate the fundraiser’s fifth year, Cancer Services and Fort Wayne Derby Girls made a calendar showcasing some of the most popular art pieces from each year. The calendar will be sold at the event and in the Fort Wayne Museum of Art’s store throughout the rest of the year.

Proceeds from the calendar will benefit the programs and services at Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana for breast cancer clients.
