FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) Evan Bayh will visit Fort Wayne this week along with Democratic Senate candidate Joe Donnelly.
A news release issued by the Donnelly campaign did not specify when the two would make their visit, only that Fort Wayne would be one of five cities in Indiana where they would campaign.
“I am honored to be joined on this tour by Senator Evan Bayh, whose example of bipartisan, common-sense leadership is something I hope to bring to the U.S. Senate,” said Donnelly. “Together, we will tour businesses across Indiana talking about our shared focus on creating jobs, lowering the debt, and balancing the budget.
The two will also visit Plymouth, Terre Haute, Indianapolis and Whiting.
Donnelly is facing Republican Richard Mourdock in the November election.
