FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - Aunt Millie's donated 2,400 loaves of bread to the Community Harvest Food Bank of Northeast Indiana on Monday.

The bread was delivered fresh to the food bank to give to those in need during the holiday season.

"Aside from distributing food, it's also our job to raise awareness of hunger issues. This generous donation from Aunt Millie's helps us on both fronts by providing food and gaining attention to hunger in our community," Jane Avery, executive director of Community Harvest Food Bank of Northeast Indiana, said.

Aunt Millie's will also be donating 600 loaves of bread to Associated Churches Foodbank on Tuesday.
