9th Annual Bus Stuff underway now

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE)  The Fort Wayne Komets, IPFW, and Ivy Tech are partnering with Citilink for the 9th Annual Bus Stuff to collect food for the Community Harvest Food Bank.

Between now and the end of February, the Fort Wayne community is encouraged to donate enough food to fill a campusLink bus. The event has collected over 2,000 pounds of food each year for the past eight years.

Collection barrels are at the following locations:

  • Any Citilink/campusLink Bus (or Citilink office at 801 Leesburg Road)
  • Community Harvest Food Bank
  • IPFW (Kettler and Walb information desks or student housing)
  • Ivy Tech (Coliseum, North & South campus information desks)
  • Komets games Friday, February 22 at 8:00 p.m., Saturday, February 24 at 5:00 p.m., and Wednesday, February 27 at 7:30 p.m. The Komets are offering a $2.00 discount on game tickets with a food donation.
