INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WANE) - Wednesday, November 28's estimated Powerball jackpot has hit a record high of $425 million.
There were no winners from Saturday night's drawing, so the prize amount has rolled up. This is only the second time in North American lottery history that a jackpot run has crossed over the $400 million mark.
More than 56,000 tickets purchased were prize winners in Indiana. More than 250 tickets matched at least four of the six winning numbers for Saturday night's drawing. Those six numbers were: 22-32-37-44-50.
People in Indiana have until 9:58 p.m. EST on Wednesday to buy a ticket for the record jackpot.
The net income from the Powerball sales in Indiana stays in Indiana.
