GRAND RAPIDS, Michigan (WANE) - Meijer will be hiring more than 500 people to work at its two new stores opening in Warsaw and Portage, Indiana this summer.

The Grand Rapids-based retailer is looking for both full-time and part-time team members in all departments from clerks and cake decorators to utility workers and meat cutters.

Meijer officials said they will be conducting interviews for more than 200 positions available at the new Warsaw store.

Potential candidates can apply online to the following postings:

  • 1300003003 – Warsaw location
  • 1200005199 – Portage location

Leaders at Meijer will be conducting phone interviews during the next few weeks. Selected candidates will then be contacted to schedule an in-person interview.

A spokesperson for Meijer said starting pay will be based on experience level and specific skills.
