KOKOMO, Ind. (WANE) - Accelerated Rehabilitation Centers is opening a new facility in Kokomo on Tuesday, September 18.

Accelerated Rehabilitation Centers is a national physical and occupational therapy center that has recently opened five clinics in Indianapolis. The centers include comprehensive patient services and specialized rehabilitation programs.

“It’s always good news when we can attract a growing company to invest in our community. This is another example of the private sector’s commitment to our local economy," Kokomo Mayor Greg Goodnight said.

The facility will be managed by Tyson Damitz, Doctor of Physical Therapy and lifelong resident of Kokomo.

“Our skilled, professional staff will use the most progressive treatment options and techniques to ensure the best possible recoveries in a hands-on, personal environment,” Tyson Damitz said.

Accelerated Rehabilitation Centers will be located inside the Boulevard Crossing shopping center at 2106 E. Boulevard in Kokomo.
