PERU, Ind. (WANE) - The Indiana State Police are reminding Indiana drivers to be alert when coming across slow moving farm machines on the roads this fall.
Drivers must be prepared to stop or slow down to avoid hitting a farm machine.
Indiana State Police gave the following tips for farmers and rural drivers:

Police also said patience, careful driving habits, and the use of highly visible markings and lighting will help prevent farm vehicle driving accidents.
